Great Place to Work
“Frontier is about working hard, working together
and enjoying the success that comes from that”
Mark Aitchison, Managing Director
Frontier’s success would not be possible without the commitment, hard work and expertise of our 1,000 employees. Our vision is to be the first choice employer in UK agriculture and we measure progress against that goal using the Great Place to Work institute.
Frontier has been ranked in the top 30 UK best large workplaces every year that we have entered since we started participating in the Great Place to Work Institute survey in 2012. The Great Place to Work compares over 10,000 organisations in more than 50 different countries and benchmarks the feedback. Companies are measured on their culture, behaviours and the environment as these factors underpin the world's most desirable workplaces and successful businesses.
We have also been awarded the Excellence in Wellbeing status which recognises workplaces that are ranked highly by employees in the six key dimensions that drive a culture of wellbeing: work environment, mental and physical health, financial security, interpersonal relationships, work-life balance and fulfilment at work.
Our company values are Integrity, Customer Focus and Expertise, or ICE. This means choosing to do the right thing for customers, colleagues and ourselves, working to put the customer at the heart of everything we do and using our skills, training and experience to the benefit of our customers.
Frontier employees strive to demonstrate the ICE values everyday when dealing with each other, as well as providing the best possible service to customers. This is recognised by the ICE awards, which are presented three times a year, rewarding individuals who are nominated by colleagues for demonstrating exceptional performance against our values.
Frontier is proud to have been ranked in the the top 30 UK best large workplaces every year that we have entered since 2012.
