The Frontier app will be available on Apple, Android and Blackberry platforms.
You will need to go to the relevant app download site for your device e.g. Apple store, BlackBerry World or Google Play.
No, this is a free service.
You will be able to stay in touch with news and weather and follow LIFFE, MATIF and CBOT futures. If you are a Frontier iTrac member you will also be able to login to manage grain and input movements, access grain sample analysis results and check invoices and payments.
If you wish to view only news articles, weather and futures prices on this app it is not necessary to have an account. If you are a Frontier customer and wish to view your personal information on the mobile app, you will need to register for an iTrac account at www.frontierag.co.uk.
You will need to complete the registration form that is available on our website at www.frontierag.co.uk, or via the 'Register' option that can be located within the movements, samples or finances options on the app.
This is part of our security process for registration, to prevent unauthorised access to your details. This means you will receive an email followed by a letter providing your entire log in details along with the activation code, which will only be needed for your first log in.
There is a technical support section on our website which can be completed online, or the support team can be contacted by telephone on 01522 860098 between 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Currently, you will only be able to access the last account viewed during your latest log in session on a PC. This will be amended in a forthcoming app update, which will then allow you to choose which account you wish to view within the app.
