Frontier supports the Nuffield Triennial Conference

22nd March 2017

Frontier Agriculture has confirmed its support for the Nuffield International Triennial Conference and programme of events. Frontier is sponsor of the Triennial conference and dinner on Thursday 8th June as well as lead programme sponsor for the grain marketing sector.

The 2017 Nuffield Triennial Conference shines a spotlight on British farming, food and rural enterprise. The conference and dinner, held in Nottingham, is part of a two-week programme of visits and events intended to showcase the very ‘Best of British’ in farming, food, technology and our diversified rural landscape.

Around 500 delegates from around the world are expected to attend the conference and dinner including many Nuffield Scholars holding prominent positions in the food and farming industries. The aim of the event is to build relationships; share best practice, knowledge and ideas; and debate some of the key issues currently facing agriculture.

Confirming Frontier’s support, Mark Aitchison, managing director said: “We’re delighted to support the Nuffield Triennial Conference and dinner. We’re facing challenging times in agriculture and it’s vital that we collaborate as an industry to find solutions to common issues. Frontier is known for its close relationships with farmers and grain consumers but our focus on working in partnership extends beyond that to the wider industry too. We look forward to a constructive and informative programme of events.”
