Trainee Farm Trader: You will be a point of contact for Frontier’s farmer customers, developing relationships with them and offering advice on a range of products.
This includes buying grain, selling seed and fertiliser products and helping our customers to understand and select other appropriate Frontier services to support their business.
Trainee Agronomist: You will be responsible for providing growers with technical recommendations tailored to their needs – supporting them at every stage of the crop production process.
As well as offering guidance on agricultural legislation, you will also provide a full field-walking service and deliver solutions in order to achieve optimal yield and quality, whilst meeting the correct specifications for end market.
Commercial Support Assistant: Working alongside the Farm Trader, you will be responsible for the management of customer relations on commercial and non-commercial aspects of contracts, providing a consistent point of contact from purchase to delivery.
You will be committed to providing an exceptional standard of customer service, resolving any issues in a timely manner. Your ability to communicate at all levels, building strong relationships both internally and externally, will be essential to your success in this role, in which the customer will be at the heart of everything you do.
Trainee Forwarder: Working closely with the company’s national fleet, you will be responsible for arranging the collection of bulk materials and delivery within the timescales requested by the customer. In this role you will develop the exceptional communication and administration skills required to optimise the logistical efficiency of the fleet whilst ensuring customer needs are met.
Trainee Credit Controller: You will use your passion for delivering the highest standard of customer service to liaise directly with external customers to collect monies owed, escalating debt collection as appropriate. You will be able to work under pressure to achieve results, supporting the customer and the business in all aspects of credit management. Forging strong and effective working relationships is key to success in this role.
Trainee Grain Administrator: You will be responsible for delivering a first class service to suppliers and customers, accurately and efficiently entering a high volume of weighbridge tickets to deadline. You will be proactive, adaptable and able to multi-task, with a confident and professional manner.
You will be reviewing and actively chasing weight information to ensure payments are made and received within contractual terms and you will also review claims at the point of process and on-going to ensure all deductions are made prior to payments being made. If you enjoy using your initiative to solve logistical and contractual problems, this could be the role for you.
