MV Hydra sets sail with a load of Lincolnshire farmers’ wheat

mv hydra boston march311The attached photograph shows the MV Hydra loading 3,000mt of milling wheat at Frontier Agriculture's Boston silo.

The grain, sourced from Lincolnshire farmers, is bound for the Cargill starch processing plant at Sas Van Ghent in Holland.

The strong relationship between Frontier and its farmer customers, and the company's excellent links with overseas grain consumers means this is the 48th Frontier organised vessel loaded at Boston since harvest 2010. The total grain handled through the facility between the period 01/07/10 and 01/03/11 stands at 125,000mt.

The vessel is expected to sail later today.
